Description
No 1 Bellevue Place is an early 19th-century cottage that stands two storeys high with a basement and features two windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a stone-coped parapet. It has gauged flat brick arches above the sash windows, which include glazing bars set in stucco-lined reveals, with the ground floor window being tripartite. The entrance consists of a six-panel door framed by a reeded architrave and topped with a plain fanlight, all recessed under a round gauged brick arch.
