Description

Nos 21 and 23 on Three Colts Lane are a mid to late 19th century small block of improved dwellings. The building is constructed of brown brick and features rusticated stucco quoins, a cornice, and a blocking course. It stands five storeys tall, with the central three bays slightly projecting. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and some have pediments. The central entrance includes a shop window with a house window on each side. Above the ground floor windows, there is a cornice and panelled pilasters. At the rear, there is a decorative iron balcony.
