11 Mountague Place is an early 19th-century building constructed of yellow stock brick, featuring a slate mansard roof. The structure consists of three storeys, a basement, and dormers. It has two windows with plain reveals, although the sashes have missing glazing bars. The entrance includes a round-headed door with a fanlight and a panelled door.

This building is part of a group that includes Nos 5 to 11 Mountague Place and Nos 1-3, 24 Bazely Street, along with Nos 45 to 51 (odd) and the Greenwich Pensioner Public House on Bazely Street.
