Description

An early 19th century building of yellow stock brick. It is three storeys high with a basement, and has a roof that is not visible. The front has two sash windows with plain reveals, set in double brick arches, the inner one painted white. The original glazing bars are intact. The round-headed front door has a fanlight and pilasters, and leads into a panelled entrance hall.

The building forms a group value with numbers 5 to 11 Montague Place, numbers 1-3 and 24 Bazely Street, as well as numbers 45 to 51 (odd) and the Greenwich Pensioner Public House, Bazely Street, the gate piers to the Children's Playground and All Saints' Rectory, Newby Place, All Saints' with St Frideswide Church, the churchyard walls and the gate piers, East India Dock Road.
