This is an early 19th-century stucco building located at 3 Coldharbour, London E14. It is two windows wide and three storeys high. The western facade features two recessed arches that extend the full height of the building. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars on the upper storeys, and casements on the top floor, all with plain reveals. A well-proportioned arched doorway is flanked by fluted Doric columns and topped with a fanlight; it has double doors. The rear elevation has two bow windows, complemented by an iron balcony and verandah. A forecourt with an iron railing fronts the river. The building has historical associations with Lord Nelson, and forms a group with numbers 1 to 7 (odd).
