Description
Nos 261 and 263 on Whitechapel Road, built in the 18th century, were originally two houses but are now combined into one. The exterior is rendered and grooved to resemble masonry, featuring a cornice and a blocking course. The building has a pantiled mansard roof and three storeys with dormers. There is a band between the first and second floors, and it has four unbarred sash windows in total. The property also includes a later shop front.
