Description
20 to 28 Coborn Road are earlier 19th century villas arranged in pairs, featuring recessed, linked entrance bays, except for No 20. The buildings are constructed of yellow stock brick with slate roofs. They have a central pediment and a stucco sill band at the first floor. The villas are two storeys tall with basements. No 20 has two windows, while the others have three windows each. They feature gauged flat brick arches over recessed sash windows with original glazing bars. The doorways are round arched, some adorned with fluted quarter columns, patterned fanlights, and panelled doors. Nos 15 to 41 on the opposite side of the street form a group with Nos 20 to 28.
