Description
No. 2 Pritchards Road is a terraced house built around 1820. It is constructed of stock brick and has an asbestos slate roof. The layout includes two ground-floor rooms and a kitchen outshut.
The exterior features two storeys and a three-window range. The central entrance has a six-panelled and fielded door beneath a three-vaned fanlight. There are six-over-six horned sash windows on either side of the door, each with gauged skewback arches. The building has a rendered and whitewashed plinth and platband. On the first floor, there are three six-over-six horned sashes set within arched recesses, also with gauged skewback arches. The plain parapet is adorned with a dentil course, and the roof is a lean-to.
At the rear, there is a two-storey outshut that includes a two-light late 20th-century casement window on the ground floor and a three-over-three horned sash window on the upper floor. There is a stack on the south gable and another stack on the rear wall. The interior has not been inspected.
