Description
Number 101 is a house built in 1760, with later additions. It is constructed of brown brick and features a tiled mansard roof with dormers behind a coped parapet. The building has two storeys and an attic, originally possibly designed with five bays, but now has four windows on the first floor. There are steps leading up to a central entrance, which is framed by a pedimented timber doorcase supported by Doric columns. This entrance also features a triglyph frieze and a dentil cornice. On the ground floor, there are later canted bay windows flanking the door. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with fluted pilaster architraves, cornices, and blind boxes. The interior has not been inspected.
