Description
The Coach and Horses public house is a symmetrically fronted building from the 18th century, constructed in yellow brick with red brick arches and reveals. It stands three storeys tall, featuring three flush-framed windows on the first floor, with the outer two being double sashed, and three additional windows on the second floor, separated by blind panels. All windows have segmental beading. The front of the building rises to a parapet, topped by a hipped slated roof that is set back. The ground floor has a narrow fascia with four later 16th century windows and two entrances. There is a 16th century extension to the left, which is not considered of special interest.
