Description

The boundary wall to East Ham Town Hall, Technical College, and Library dates from the early 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and yellow terracotta. The wall features heavily corniced piers, which are pedimented at the entrances. It turns the corner down High Street south towards the Council Offices.
