Description
This is a mid-19th century terrace of three small cottages, located on the south side of Stockwell Green. The cottages are each two storeys high with two windows. They are built of stucco and feature an entablature and blocking course. The windows in numbers 35 and 36 have sash windows with moulded architraves and detached cornices. Number 37 has modern top-hinged windows. Number 36 has a shop front at ground floor level. Number 37 has a projecting ground floor section containing an imitation Georgian door and a bow window. The buildings are included on the list solely for their group value.
