Description

This is a late 18th-century building of four storeys and three windows, located in Old Town, Clapham. The facade is constructed of pinkish brick, with a stone-coped parapet and a slated roof from which end chimneys protrude. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, featuring a single pane in the centre and tripartite arrangements at the sides, with lunettes above on the top floor. All windows have gauged brick arches. A tall flight of rebuilt steps leads to a first-floor porch, which has paired columns – the outer ones being square – supporting a four-panel door.
