Description

This is an early 19th century vicarage located in Old Town, Clapham. It is a three-storey building with a sunken basement and originally had three windows. The building initially appeared to be constructed of yellow brick, but it has largely been rebuilt using reddish brick, with a parapet front. The sash windows retain their original glazing bars and are set within stucco surrounds. Those on the ground floor have round-headed arches. A set of three steps leads to the front door, which consists of four fielded panels and two flat panels, within a stucco surround featuring reeded details and a patterned radial fanlight.
