Description
No 94 Larkhall Rise is a late 18th century building, part of a pair with No 2 Rectory Grove. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring three windows in the main block and a full height set back outer bay. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a parapet front. There is a cill band on the first floor and a recess aligned with the central axis. The sash windows have gauged flat brick arches, with some featuring glazing bars. Access is via five steps leading to a four-panel door, which has a rectangular fanlight above it, set in a panelled reveal with a moulded architrave. The doorcase is adorned with narrow pilasters, reeded console brackets, and a dentil cornice.
