The coach house to Number 21 Flint Cottage is a mid-19th century structure located on the north side of Mount Ephraim Lane. It is a single-storey building featuring knapped flint walls with yellow brick quoins. The roof is slated and adorned with decorative ridge tiles, as well as carved and pierced bargeboards.
