  1. Two-storeyed, many-gabled red brick building. Tiled roofs of moderate pitch, gables finished with moulded bricks. Tall chimneys with cornices in several planes. Casement windows with chamfered jambs and hoodmoulds. Larger ground floor windows recessed under segmental arches. Three windows on garden front, with tile-hung gabled right bay. Projecting gabled bay at west end. Road front of 2 bays divided by central chimney, but irregular fenestration. Set back entrance at right with door of 15 panels in moulded jambs with hoodmould. Set-back gabled east bay with fancy tile hanging. Included for group value.
