Description

Nos 9 to 17 on West Eaton Place is a terrace of houses built in the early 19th century. The buildings are four storeys high and finished in stucco. The ground floor features rusticated detailing. On the first floor, there are balconies with cast iron railings, and the windows are French casement style with architrave surrounds and pediments. The upper floor windows also have architrave surrounds and are topped with a modillioned cornice. The roofs are slate mansards with dormers, except for No 13, which does not have dormers.
