Description

This listing describes the west wing of a formal estate of stucco-fronted dwelling houses, likely designed by George Basevi around 1830. Numbers 26 and 27 Egerton Crescent have been rebuilt and altered, and are included on the register for their group value alongside numbers 28-59. The wing features a curved centre flanked by two detached sections, each with two windows over a basement. It is three storeys high and includes projecting Roman Ionic porches.
