Description

The pair of semi-detached houses at 23 and 25 Egerton Terrace date to around 1830. They are stuccoed and three storeys high, with a basement and attic. Each house has two windows plus a recessed wing with a Doric porch. The ground floor is channelled, and the first-floor windows have a continuous cast iron balcony and pediments. Rusticated quoins are present, and there’s a broad eaves cornice over the central four windows, supported by brackets. The roof is slated and hipped, with dormers.
