Description
This is a house dating from 1845 to 1850, designed by W.W. Pocock. It is one of a pair of houses facing onto Ovington Square and is constructed of stucco. The house is four storeys high and has a facade three windows wide. A central porch features a Doric column design, while the first-floor windows are topped by Corinthian columns. A balustraded balcony is present on the first floor. A dentil cornice runs along the top of the facade, and there is a single window return on the left side.
