Description

This is an east wing of a formal terrace of stucco-faced houses consisting of a curved central section and two detached wings. It was likely designed by George Basevi around 1830. The building is two windows wide, with three storeys and a basement, and features projecting porches in the Roman Ionic style. Numbers 26 to 59 Egerton Crescent form a visual group.
