Description
A pair of classical stucco houses, dating to circa 1840. They are three storeys high with a basement and have three windows each. The end bays are slightly set forward. The ground floor features rusticated pilasters, while the first-floor windows are defined by pilasters and pediments. A bracketed cornice and blocking course runs along the top. The houses have stucco porches. They are part of a larger group of similar buildings, which includes numbers 29-39 (odd) and 45 and 47. The group value of these houses lies in their cohesive architectural style and contribution to the streetscape.
