Description

A pair of classical stucco houses dating to around 1840. They are three storeys high, with a basement, and each house has three windows. The end bays are slightly set forward. The ground floor features rusticated pilasters. Pilasters and pediments adorn the first-floor windows. A bracketed cornice runs along the blocking course. Stucco porches are present. These houses are part of a group that includes numbers 29 to 35 (odd) and 41 to 47 (odd). The group value stems from their cohesive architectural style and contribution to the streetscape.
