Nos. 1 and 3 Cadogan Gardens are a late 19th-century building constructed in the second half of the 19th century. They are four storeys high with an attic and basement, built of red brick and Portland stone. The design is a plain early 17th century style, featuring mullioned and transomed windows. No. 1 has a side entrance and a full-height bay window at the front, with an arcaded gallery on the first floor. No. 3 features a three-storey bay window and a Dutch gable.
