Hotel, formerly house. Designed by Sir T G Jackson. 1883. Four storey + attics. Red brick house with pink terracotta dressings - "Dutch" gable front on Kensington Road. Moulded terracotta decoration and ironwork. (Franco-Flemish Gothic with fine early Renaissance-style decoration).
