Houses, dating from the 1880s, designed by J J Stevenson. They form a symmetrical composition, with numbers 22 and 25 being gabled and slightly projecting. The houses are similar in style to numbers 3-15 and 16-21 in Kensington Court. The group value stems from their contribution to the architectural character of Kensington Court.
