Description

The mausoleum of James Morison, located in Kensal Green Cemetery, is a Grade II listed structure made of Portland stone, featuring a cast iron door. It was constructed in 1838 by mason R H Shout. The mausoleum has battered sides, and the upper part of the walls is adorned with garlands. The frieze is decorated with wreaths and fillets, and there are prominent acroteria at all angles. The northern pediment includes an armorial relief.
