No. 14 Hillsleigh Road is an early 19th-century stucco villa. It faces Campden Hill Square and features three windows across its two-storey facade. The building has a low slate hipped roof with overhanging eaves. In the center, there is a two-storey bow window with tripartite windows. The ground floor windows in the outer bays have architraves and pediments, while the first-floor windows lack architraves. The ground floor includes French windows, while the upper floor has sash windows. There is an unfortunate single-storey extension on the left side that obscures one of the ground floor windows. The entrance is located on the left return in a projecting round-headed porch, and there are further extensions at the rear. This villa forms a group with other houses in Campden Hill Square.
