Description

The Church of St George is a church dating from 1864, designed by Bassett Keeling. It is constructed in a muscular Gothic style using ragstone with ashlar dressings and pinkstone bands, with brick flanks. The church features a stumpy tower and a low, arcaded porch to the west. The interior was painted, and the apse was demolished.
