Description
Nos 14 and 15 Kensington Gate are a semi-detached pair of houses built in 1847 by A. C. Bean. They are part of a unified scheme that includes numbers 1 to 20 Kensington Gate. The houses are three storeys tall with basements and are faced with stucco. They feature rusticated ground floors and quoins, along with Ionic porticos. The design includes a modillion cornice with square barriers above, balustrades on the porch and roof, and cast iron area railings. The buildings are in unspoilt condition.
