Description
No. 43 Harrington Gardens is a dwelling house built between 1881 and 1884 by architects Ernest George and Peto. The building is constructed of red brick with stone dressings and features a tiled roof with a Dutch gable front. It is six windows wide and has four storeys, which include two gable windows that have wooden mullions and transoms with glazing bars, as well as brick relieving arches above. There are polygonal buttress strips between the windows on all floors. The ground floor has a three-bay projection to the left, which includes the entrance, and there is an area balustrade. The interiors have not been seen.
