Description

This is an early 19th-century terraced house and shop. The building is of yellow brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a roof hidden behind a parapet. It is three storeys high, with a two-window facade facing Woodbridge Street and two windows facing Skinner Street, one of which is blank. The corner of the building has a slightly recessed curve.

The ground floor has a 19th-century shopfront with a surviving fascia and cornice featuring an egg-and-dart moulding. A round-arched entrance is located in Skinner Street, framed by pilasters and a cornice. A stucco band marks the first floor. The first-floor windows on Woodbridge Street have flat arches, while those on Skinner Street are recessed under rounded arches of gauged brick, linked by a stucco springing band. Second-floor windows are also flat-arched, with gauged brick heads above them. A parapet tops the building, and a stack is located on the party wall.
