Description

These are a row of terraced houses, likely built around 1797. They are constructed of yellow brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with stucco finishes. The roofs are hidden behind a parapet. The houses consist of three storeys above a basement, with numbers 34 and 36 having three windows each and a double-fronted appearance, while numbers 30 and 32 each have two windows. All window and door openings have brick arches. A flat-arched entrance features a panelled doorcase and cornice, set back under a round arch. The ground-floor windows are round-arched. A stucco band runs across the first floor, connecting the houses with number 49 Skinner Street. The first-floor windows are flat-arched and set back under round arches, also connected by a stucco springing band to number 49 Skinner Street. The parapet has been rebuilt, except for number 36, which retains decorative brickwork imitating triglyphs and guttae, a design also found in Sekforde Street. Cast-iron railings are present at the front of the properties.
