Description
Numbers 365 to 369 form a group of three terraced houses dating to the early 19th century, located on Liverpool Road, Islington. The houses are constructed of yellow stock brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with channelled stucco to the ground floor and a stucco sill band to the first floor. The roofs are hidden, and they feature brick party-wall stacks. The layout follows a sidehall entrance plan.
Each house is three storeys high with a basement and attic, and they have three windows each, with the exception of number 367, which has a recessed entrance bay and only two windows, and number 369, which also has two windows. Steps lead to the entrances. The entrance doorway to number 367 has a patterned fanlight and a panelled door, while the doorway of number 369 has fluted quarter column jambs and a corniced head. The ground-floor windows are round-arched sashes; numbers 365 and 367 have curved and radial glazing bars with margin lights set within a stucco recess. The first-floor windows are full-length sashes with gauged brick flat arches and iron balconies. A stucco cornice and blocking course are present at number 367. Two dormers are visible in the roof. Attached cast-iron railings enhance the front elevation.
