Description
The forecourt walls and railings to Number 796, known as Percy House, are early 18th century or late 17th century structures located on the east side of High Road in Tottenham. The walls are made of brown brick and are positioned on either side of the forecourt, with similar but lower walls in front that support plain wrought iron railings. At the outer corners, there are tall brick piers, while the center features a pair of taller rusticated stone piers topped with cornices and ball finials. The piers have scrolled abutments. An ornamental wrought iron gate with side panels and an overthrow completes the entrance. The buildings numbered 790 to 802 (even) and the walls and railings to Number 796 form a cohesive group.
