Description

Percy House is a mid-18th century building located on the east side of High Road in Tottenham. It is a three-storey house with a basement and features five windows. The structure is constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings, which include gauged flat window arches, a string course at the first floor, and a moulded cornice at the top. The windows are recessed and have been replaced with sash windows. A notable feature of the house is its elegant Doric doorcase, which includes a frieze decorated with triglyphs and metopes, along with a mutule cornice and a pediment above. Percy House is part of a group with Nos 790 to 802 (even) and the walls and railing to No 796.
