Description
This is a late 18th-century house on Burlington Road. It is constructed of brown brick with a slate mansard roof and comprises two storeys plus a dormered roof storey. The building has three bays and features a wood cyma-bracketed cornice below a parapet. The windows are double-hung sashed, set in flush frames with gauged flat arches. The central entrance is round-headed and contains two later doors recessed within the opening.
