Description

This is a mid-to-late 19th-century house located at 44 Ravenscourt Gardens. It is constructed of stucco and has a slate roof. The house is two storeys high and two windows wide. The entrance is on the right, with a canted bay window to the left featuring slender, ringed angle shafts. A hipped roof covers the structure. The windows are sash windows. The building is listed as part of a group that includes numbers 27 and 29, 35 to 49 (odd numbers), and 46 to 64 (even numbers) on Ravenscourt Gardens.
