Description
Nos 62 and 64 Ravenscourt Gardens are a pair of houses dating from the early to mid-19th century. They are constructed of stucco with slate roofs and have two storeys. Each house is one window wide, with a blind panel in the centre. Four full-height pilasters are a prominent feature. The houses have plain doors recessed within pilastered porches in the centre bays. French casement windows with architraved surrounds are located in the outer bays on the ground floor, while the upper windows are sash windows. The roof has a clipped slope to the eaves, and there are end stacks. These houses are listed as part of a group that includes numbers 27 and 29, 35 to 49 (odd numbers), 44 to 52 (even numbers), and 58 to 64 (even numbers).
