Description

Nos 43 and 45 Ravenscourt Gardens are a pair of houses dating from the early to mid-19th century. They are constructed of stucco and have slate roofs. Each house is two storeys high, with a single window to the centre, plus a blind panel. The facades are punctuated by four full-height plain pilasters. The entrances are located in recessed, pilastered porches. The outer bays on the ground floor have French casements with architrave surrounds, while the upper windows are sash windows. The roof is hipped and runs to the eaves, with end stacks. The houses are listed as part of a group which includes Nos 27 and 29, 35-41 (odd numbers), 47 and 49, and 44 to 64 (even numbers).
