Description
This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of houses, numbered 93 to 97 Balls Pond Road. The terrace comprises twelve houses, each two storeys high with a basement, and featuring two windows each. The houses are constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. The ground floor and basement have been stuccoed and feature incised lines. The first-floor windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within stucco-lined reveals and beneath gauged flat brick arches. The ground floor has round-headed casements with interlaced margin lights. Each house has a four-panel door, topped by a patterned fanlight, leading up seven steps with wrought iron railings. Cast iron area railings are also present. Numbers 93 to 113 (odd) form a group.
