  1. Early-mid C18 building of 3 storeys, 5 windows. Brown brick with red brick dressings. Upper wall partly rebuilt. Stone-coped parapet. 1st floor cill band. On ground floor gauged flat red brick arches to sash windows, some with glazing bars, in stucco-lined reveals. On upper floors C19 segmental arches to sash windows with glazing bars, some replaced, in stucco-lined reveals. Half-glazed door with cornice head continuing to form impost blocks of doorcase with attached columns, entablatures and open pediment with dentil cornices. Within, fanlight with interlaced bars in narrow moulded architrave.
