Description

The Royal Bank of Scotland is an early 20th-century corner building featuring three and four storeys, topped with a double, slated mansard roof. The exterior is composed of polished pink and grey granite, with the upper section made of Portland stone. The entrance is located at the canted corner, and the ground floor is supported by a row of engaged Doric columns, while the first floor features Ionic columns. The building has arched windows and a plain top storey with a parapet that is raised and ornamented at the eastern end.
