Description

No. 10 Brushfield Street is a late 18th-century building that stands four storeys high with a basement. It is two bays wide and constructed of yellow stock brick. The ground floor features a timber shopfront with a central doorway, flanked by strip pilasters that end in shallow consoles, supporting a plain fascia and cornice. There is a panelled side entrance door. The upper floors have recessed sash windows that are set beneath gauged brick arches, and the building is topped with a plain coped parapet.
