Description

16 Artillery Passage is an early to mid 19th century building constructed from stock brick. It stands three storeys tall and features two windows with sash frames that have segmental heads. There is a brick band between the first and second floors. The shop front includes a dentil cornice and spans two bays width along Sandys Row. This building is listed as Grade II due to its significant corner position at the entrance to Artillery Passage. It is part of a group that includes Nos 52 to 58 Artillery Lane and Nos 2 to 16 Artillery Passage, along with the bollards at the junction of the two streets.
