Description
The Lodge House to Kenwood House, built around 1795, is possibly designed by George Saunders. It is constructed of brown brick and features a slated hipped roof with projecting eaves. The building has two storeys and is double fronted, with three windows on the main facade and two returns with one window each. The doorway is topped with a bracketed wooden hood and has a panelled door with glazed top panels. The windows are recessed sashes with gauged yellow brick flat arches. The interior has not been inspected. A notable feature is the adjoining garden wall, made of brown brick, which includes buttresses and stone coping.
