Description
Nos. 13 and 14 Ely Place are two houses that were originally one house, built around 1773 by C. Cole and J. Gorham, with later alterations. The buildings are made of multi-coloured stock brick with tuck pointing. They feature a stucco parapet coping, a string course at the third floor, and a band at the first floor. The structure has four storeys and a basement, with a total of six windows. There is a 20th-century door set in a plain recess, topped by a gauged flat arch. The recessed sash windows have gauged yellow brick flat arches, and some include glazing bars. The interiors have not been inspected. Additionally, there are attached railings to the areas in front of the houses.
