Description
Field Court Number 2 is an early 18th-century chamber building located in Gray's Inn, Camden. It is constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings and features a slated mansard roof with dormers. The building stands four storeys high, with an attic and basement, and has a double-fronted design with five windows. The entrance is framed by a stucco surround with a round-headed arch, pilasters, and a fanlight. The windows have red brick segmental arches with brick keystones and flush frame sashes that include exposed boxing and glazing bars. There are brick aprons beneath the sills of the second and third floors, and the building is topped with a stone-capped parapet. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the building are cast-iron railings with torch flambe finials.
