Description
This listing covers two pairs of semi-detached houses at 1-4 Prospect Place, built around 1815. The front facades are stuccoed, while the rear elevations are weatherboarded. The roofs are slated with projecting eaves supported by brackets. The houses are three storeys high, with two windows on each floor. The entrances are located on the side returns and feature cast-iron porches with openwork detailing and canopied hoods. The windows are flush-frame sashes, with some retaining exposed boxing. The interiors have not been inspected.
